USPS is currently experiencing instability with their payment authorization API. Some accounts may sporadically see 401 errors when quoting, printing or manifesting USPS labels. Please do not reconnect your USPS account, as this will fully disconnect the carrier and prevent you from shipping. Your connection is healthy on our side and service will resume automatically once USPS resolves the issue. We're monitoring and will update as soon as we have news.
