ShipHero deployed a fix to restore access. We will continue to monitor the health our Permissions Management service but are advising customers that were impacted by this event to log back into ShipHero and resume normal operations.

Users are unable to login to many parts of ShipHero. The issue is related to our permissions management. We're working to resolve as quickly as possible.
