We have identified that FedEx is having issues with their API. These issues are causing delays in quoting and generating labels. Users with Admin permissions can disable quoting for the carrier by taking the following steps:

- Route to app.shiphero.com > Shipping > Carriers
- Select the settings for the carrier you are having issues with
- Select “Disable Quoting”

PLEASE NOTE:
- Disabling the ability to quote will force other carriers to be used, which could result in higher shipping costs.
- This change can only be done by a user with Admin rights.
- Disabling quoting will also prevent labels from being generated with this carrier.
- You are responsible for re-enabling quoting once the issue is resolved.
